Launch Day for TKM!

IT’S OUT IT’S OUT! The Killing Moon is officially out in the US! UKians, it’ll be out on Thursday for you. Not sure about Australia or other English-language markets, or the audio version (yes, there will be one), or anything else at this point. Tell you later.
